Food Journal 10-21

Breakfast, 7am

1 bowl oatmeal with muesli, banana, laban and brown sugar
2 cups coffee with brown sugar

Lunch, 11am

1 big Felafel with egg from Tuwaren Restaurant

Heavy Snack, 5pm

1 big Felafel with egg from Tuwaren Restaurant
garlic mayo-chup on the side
carrot-orange juice

Light Dinner, 7pm

1 bowl miso soup with tofu cubes, onion, spring onion and nori

Meals today are very rajastic because of garlic and onion. The carrot-orange juice was old and I guess it was the reason why my stomach became a bit uneasy after the snack. I've become more sensitive about the effects of food in my system and I'm actually enjoying the journey. It would be good though to slowly learn how to make the diet more sattvic but I guess I don't really have to be very stringent about it. As Tiwariji said, "don't be so rule-obsessed".
