Prepared pan-fried tempeh with char siu sauce again and stir fried greens with cashew nuts and roasted sesame seeds. Heaven.
Stir-fried greens with Cashew Nuts and Roasted Sesame Seeds
Ingredients
1 bunch greens of your choice (spinach, broccoli leaves or any green leafy vegetables that you like)
1 tsp ginger sliced into thin sticks
2 tbsp water
2 sweet soy sauce
1/2 cup roasted cashew nuts
1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds, add sesame seeds, stir-fry for another 30 seconds, add water, sweet soy sauce. Add the cashew nuts. Add the greens and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
