Chocolates, anyone?

More reasons to eat chocolates... at least the dark variety.

A Japanese study showed that dark chocolates can improve blood flow to the heart, lower blood pressure and reduce a person's risk of diabetes.

The study showed that eating 1.4 ounces of dark chocolates per day for two weeks may improve coronary circulation. Again, 1.4 ounces only!!! That's about 40 grams.
The health benefits of flavonoids won't set in if the overall food intake is high in fats and simple sugars. The sugar and fat content of the dark chocolate should still be within the daily recommended allowance for each individual.

Red wine for flat abs and dark chocolates for good coronary circulation... hmnnn... not bad, aye? ;-)
