INGREDIENTS
1 cup white rice
1.5 cups water
1.5 cups low fat milk
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
10 cardamom pods, seeds removed and crushed finely
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
METHOD
Put everything in a rice cooker. Press "cook" and wait till done. Top with honey or brown sugar to serve. If you want a "soupy" meal, add more milk just before serving. Very sattvic.
