Vegetable Chowder

Had this for dinner last night... and now for lunch. I didn't puree it last night as the recipe didn't call for it... decided to puree it for lunch though just to have that feel that I'm having something different... yeah... who am I kidding?

INGREDIENTS
1 medium onion, chopped.
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped.
2 medium sized potatoes, cubed
1 medium can sweet corn cream-style.
1 vegetable stock cube
500ml water
2 tbsp olive oil

INSTRUCTION
Fry the onion and red bell pepper in the olive oil for about 5 minutes or until soft. Dump everything in... and wait for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy.
