Dorset Muesli

My usual breakfast.

1 cup with sliced bananas, 1 -2 tsp of brown sugar, 2-3 cups of laban (a Middle Eastern thick yoghurt drink) and you have enough energy to last the entire day. It's a bit pricey though. The one pictured above is the cheapest variety and it costs US$4.30 for a 500g box. For a middle class overseas Filipino worker like me, this is already an indulgence. But it tastes really good and it's packed with nutrients. One box lasts for a week or two so it isn't really as expensive as one might think.

This "simply delicious" variety has oat flakes, barley flake, wheat flakes, sultanas, raisins, Chilean flame raisins, toasted and malted wheat flakes, sunflower seeds, dates, Brazil nuts, and whole roasted hazelnuts.
