7th day of my home-retreat holiday. Practice was slow this morning as the body is still a bit sore from deep backbending two days ago.Mind was somewhere else halfway through the seated poses and after doing bhujapidasana, I went straight to garbhapindasana. Realized the skip after kukkutasana so what do I do? Repeat from surya namaskar, LOL.
Duh, just repeat from the kurmasana dude.
