Stir Fry Overload

Stir fries I've made since coming back from the Philippines.

Korean-inspired Stir Fry
(tofu, bean sprouts, red bell pepper, nori strips, chilli garlic sauce)

Mongolian Stir Fry
(tofu, bean sprouts, red bell pepper, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce, roasted sesame seeds, sesame oil)

Fried Tempeh with Hoisin Sauce & Kangkong with Cashew Nuts (Sweet Soy Sauce)

Fried Tempeh Cubes & Chinese White Cabbage (Pechay) with Vegetarian Oyster Sauce and Chili Garlic Sauce
