INGREDIENTS
1 6-inch foccacia bread

Tomato slices
Cucumber slices
your favorite cheese
salt and pepper to taste
mayonnaise
dijon mustard
You don't really need an instruction on how to make the sandwich, do you? :-p
Salad: mix of arugula and romaine lettuce (green and red/violet), 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss and serve on the side.
Now the mind is still deliberating what to wash it down with... the choices are:
(a) coke zero
(b) lemon ginger ale
(c) alkaline water, or
(d) ice cold sanmig light

Last time I had san mig light was in 2006 (on the record?!). Given it up since. Had it again. In Coron. Life at its best, ha ha! :-D
Hi Jon,
Looks like a delish sandwich.
The best option (what to wash it down with) - NON OF THE ABOVE.
Just allow the body to do it's work, and digest the wonderful meal. After 20 or 30 minutes some good Alkiline water would be great. Or young coconut water.
My humble opinion.

Sweetie, here’s how a cookbook gives instructions of a simple BLT sandwich: “Spread 1 slice bread with 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise; top with a lettuce leaf. Spread 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise on each side of another bread slice; place on lettuce. Top with 3 slices tomato and 3 strips bacon. Spread a third slice of bread with 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Invert bread on bacon and press down gently. Cut each sandwich in half or in quarters.”
ohh the sanmig light sounds like a good way to complete your delicious sandwich :)
Judith!!! Thanks for dropping by. Any plans of going back to Mysore/India soon?
Grass, you should be my editor. :-D Thanks.
