"The practice of Yoga is not about the clothes or the mat, nor is it about the way we look or even the way we feel. It’s not a hobby, something to do in your spare time, or a class you can “drop-in” or “drop-out” of.
Yoga is a commitment you make to your Self, a daily practice, a way of living in and relating to the world. It is a practice that can only give back to you as much as you are willing to surrender to it." - Jeff & Harmony

Guilty!!! During the John Scott workshop, I bought a book (that I'm actually reading...), an indian rug (which I really liked using yesterday!), a top (hmmm...). I'm so glad we're back to daily practices!

ok lang yan... book... justified yan because we need books for knowledge... the indian rug is brandless and all natural... and the top... that's your reward for keeping the practice for more than a year now. Won't be back until wednesday maybe... attended 4 Iyengar workshops in Makati yesterday and today. Have to rest for a couple of days before I go back on the mat.
Cheers.
if you liked J & H's post, you'll LOVE this...... :) :)
