Gratitude and dedication to all my teachers who've guided me in this journey.
I'm teaching YM's Intro to Ashtanga program tonight. If everyone who signed up shows up, they'll be getting a full "mysore" experience on their first day... that is... only 3-5 inches in between mats. :-p

Btw, was that David Swenson on the video? How come he's not on the list of AYRI certified/authorized teachers?

@Mel.. was expecting 18 but only 14 showed up. Yung isa natraffic kaya hindi nakarating. :-p
