Durian Madness

The madness began with a cheesecake... I was in Bo's Coffee in Torres to meet a college friend and I had this with cappuccino.  Once the plate was served on my table, I immediately took the fork, sliced a piece of the cheesecake, and was ready to have a taste of this heavenly treat when I thought, "Wait, I have to share this to everyone."  I returned the piece back to the rest of the cake, brought the ipod out of my pocket, and took this photo.  This was last friday.

After the coffee and cheesecake, my high school buddy picked me up from Bo's.  He asked me where I wanted to have dinner but I wasn't very hungry so I said, "Let's go to Merco."

We had halo-halo and cheese pizza while we waited for another high school friend.  Two hours after, my high school buddy ordered more food for him, while I ordered extra creamy durian shake.  Nice!

Then monday, I had to go to Davao Doctor's Hospital for Johann's travel clearance.  After I got the document from his doctor, I passed by the mall and saw a Cecil's booth at the food court.  I ordered a piece for take away.

Directly in front of the booth was an Emerald Durian Palace book with a wide range of durian products.   I saw a mini-durian pie so I ordered one so I could compare it with the one from Cecil's.  It never came close.

Then two days ago, after watching Captain America in Abreeza, I had durian sansrival and espresso macchiato at Bo's.  It was heaven.

C asked why I didn't order durian-flavored coffee to go with the cheesecake.  I thought it would be too much to order durian-flavored coffee to go with a durian-based dessert.

This durian madness willl continue...

"I returned the piece back to the rest of the cake, brought the ipod out of my pocket, and took this photo." LOL!

And as if eating Cecil's and Emerald one after another wasn't too much =p
