Just finished watching the vid--AMAZING! You used so many asanas, I lost count. I think you took from 1st, 2nd and 3rd series yata. So blown away by the jump through to bakasana then to headstand or pincha mayur. You should've joined this number too. Please do post a "proper" version of this :)
