4 hard boiled eggs
mint leaves
parsley
garlic mayonnaise
pinch of Madras curry powder
salt & pepper
Simply mix everything and spread in whole wheat bread. Add cucumber and tomato slices. This may either be a hot or cold sandwich. I just one a cold one for lunch and just waiting till I get home so I can put the remaining one in my oven toaster and have it hot. I'm actually still full after having this for lunch about 4 hours ago already.
Not very sattvic but surely makes a vegetarian diet more exciting. I still have a lot of work to do regarding making sure that my food is sattvic. Atleast the prana is now moving properly.
