This video on how to make radish cake is not vegetarian but should be a good guide on how to make one. Just omit the unfriendly ingredients and enjoy.
Daisy introduced this to me when I was in Singapore last year. We went to this vegetarian place in China Town. Looks easy to make so I'm hoping to try it next week when I go home to Davao.
The busy life in Manila has prevented me from updating this blog more often, not to mention I sort of ran out of ideas to write about. Uncle A said it must be blog burnout. Maybe.
It's been a year since I returned to the Philippines. Many things had happened... career-wise, it's been fulfilling going back to UP. The city life though is slowly sucking my energy dry. Commuting via the MRT is convenient but draining. I hope this 2-week break will allow me to think things through.
For 2010, I will take a sabbatical leave from the kitchen and focus on the journey towards an adamantine body.
Om.
