I'm having tea now and will do practice after.
Anyway, here's my attempt at vegetable korma. It doesn't taste anything close to the one I had from Wajbah so it's probably more appropriate to just call it vegetable curry with yoghurt. ;-)The dhal was perfect though... cucumber raita... and vegetable paratha which I bought frozen from Othaim.
